私隱政策聲明
潤樺國際有限公司(下稱「本公司」)會確保所有透過《好阿姨服務平臺》包括但不限於本公司的網站或應用程式時遞交的個人資料,均嚴格遵守香港法例第486章《個人資料(私隱)條例》的有關條文規定。本公司建議用戶仔細閱讀本私隱政策以理解本公司對個人資料及數據的處理。本隱私政策同時適用於註冊和非註冊用戶。本公司可能不時修訂本私隱政策,並在發佈於其網站或應用程式時生效。 1.收集的個人數據類型 “個人數據”是指任何個人身份信息或數據。本公司收集的個人資料包括但不限於姓名、身份證號碼、信用卡資料、電話號碼、電子郵件或實際地址、任何其他聯繫方式以及可能包含客戶個人資料的任何文件副本。 2.個人資料收集的用途 2.1當用戶使用本公司的服務,以及與《好阿姨服務平臺》作互動和通訊時,本公司向閣下收集的資訊(包括閣下的個人資料及使用應用程式的數據)將用作以下用途: 2.1.1提供、保持和改進本公司的服務及日常運作; 2.1.2提供產品和服務及傳送相關資訊、開發新功能、提供客戶支援、開發安全功能、驗證使用者身份、傳送產品更新資訊及管理訊息; 2.1.3處理及跟進服務要求﹑查詢﹑申請和投訴; 2.1.4為用戶提供信息﹑市場營銷和宣傳材料(包括有關《好阿姨服務平臺》的產品、服務、折扣、新聞及活動; 2.1.5就有關本公司的政策和行政通知聯繫用戶; 2.1.6執行內部操作,包括預防服務濫用、軟件錯誤疑難排解及解決操作問題等; 2.1.7彙編和分析用戶就使用由本公司提供的服務及數據; 2.1.8執行資料分析、測試及研究; 2.1.9分析使用情況及活動趨勢; 2.1.10手機定位所提供的位置進行服務配對或推薦。 2.2如本公司需要就本私隱政策以外的其他目使用用戶的個人資料,本公司將會要求用戶給予書面同意。 2.3如用戶不希望本公司使用其個人資料作市場營銷和宣傳用途,請聯繫本公司有關部門。請參見載列本私隱政策末段的聯絡資料。 3.個人資料的披露或傳送 3.1 本公司在下列的情況下可能會披露及/或轉移用戶的個人資料及/或數據予第三方: 3.1.1本公司的服務條款和條件所允許的情況下並認為必要時; 3.1.2為保護本公司和捍衛其權利, 財產及合法權益時; 3.1.3為保護本服務平台之系統安全時; 3.1.4為保護其他使用者或第三方之合法權益; 3.1.5閣下違反法律規定、侵害第三方權益或違反本公司的服務條款和條件時;及 3.1.6本公司遵守適用的法律和法規,包括但不限於遵守司法程序或法庭命令時。 3.2 除了上文說明, 本公司不會披露及/或轉移用戶的個人資料及/或數據予其他第三方作該第三方的市場營銷活動。 3.3通過使用本服務平台,用戶將被視為已同意並授權本公司在上述的情況下向外界披露及/或轉讓其個人資訊和數據。 4.個人資料的保留 當本公司獲得用戶的個人資料及或數據,它將保留在本公司的數據庫。在符合法律規定下,用戶的個人資料及或數據將由本公司保留直到用戶以書面形式要求公司從本公司的數據庫中永久刪除該用戶的個人資料及或數據。 5.個人資料保護 本公司已實施以下內部控制措施,通過安全考慮來安排保護我們擁有或控制的個人數據,以防止未經授權的訪問、收集、使用、披露、複製、修改、處置或類似風險: 5.1 AutoineHELP 平台使用受密碼保護的安全第三方服務器; 5.2 通過密碼保護限制未經授權的員工訪問個人數據。 6.查閱或修訂個人資料 根據個人資料(私隱)條例, 任何用戶有權要求查閱或修訂存放於本公司的個人資料. 因此,客戶可以使用以下指定的渠道聯繫本公司, 聯繫詳情請參閱本隱私政策末段的聯絡資料. 7.適用法律及效力 本隱私政策受香港特別行政區法律專屬管轄。本隱私政策任何條款的全部或一部份無效時,並不影響其他條款的效力。 如有任何查詢,歡迎隨時聯繫我們,聯絡資料如下: 潤樺國際有限公司 電子郵件:enquiry@auntiehelp.com 最後更新日期:2022 年01月01日 Privacy Policy Statement The Woods Global Limited (“the Company”) is concerned to ensure that all personal data submitted to the Company, including but not limited to the website or through AuntieHelp application platform are handled in strict adherence to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). This Privacy Policy applies to both registered and non-registered users. The Company may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, which will take effect when it is posted on its website or application. 1. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED “Personal data” means any personally identifiable information or data. The personal data that the Company collects, including but not limited to, name, identity card number, credit card information, telephone number, email or physical address, any other contact details and copy of any document which may contain the personal data. 2. USE OF PERSONAL DATA 2.1 When the user uses the Company's service, interacts and communicates with the Company, the information collected from you by AuntieHELP (including your personal information and data usage of the application) will be used for the following purposes: 2.1.1 providing, maintaining and improving the daily operation of the Company's service; 2.1.2 providing products and services, delivering relevant information, developing new features, offering client support, developing security features, verifying user’s identity, delivering product updates and managing messages; 2.1.3 handling and following up on service requests, enquiries, applications and complaints; 2.1.4 providing the user with information, marketing and promotional materials (including products, service, discounts, news and events of AuntieHELP); 2.1.5 contacting the user regarding the administrative notice and policy of the Company; 2.1.6 performing internal operation, including service abuse prevention, software troubleshooting, and resolution of operational issues; 2.1.7 compiling and analysing the data generated by using the service provided by the Company; 2.1.8 performing data analysis, testing and research; 2.1.9 analysing usage and activity trends; 2.1.10 using location data for service matchmaking or better recommendation. 2.2 If the Company needs to use the user's personal information for purposes other than terms specified in this Privacy Policy, the Company will request a written consent from the user. 2.3 If the user does not wish the Company to use his/her personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, please contact the relevant department of the Company. DISCLOSURE/TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA 3.1 The Company may disclose and or transfer the user's personal information and/ or data to the third party under the following circumstances: 3.1.1 where the Company's terms and conditions of service allow and when the Company consider necessary; 3.1.2 to protect the Company and defend its rights, property and legitimate rights and interests; 3.1.3 to protect the system security of the AuntieHELP’s platform; 3.1.4 to protect the legitimate rights and interests of other users or the third party; 3.1.5 if you violate the law, infringe the rights of the third party or breach the Company's terms and conditions of service; and 3.1.6the Company complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the compliance with judicial process or court orders. 3.2 Unless otherwise stated above, the Company will not disclose and/or transfer the personal information and or data of the user to other third parties for the marketing activities of such third parties. 3.3 By using the Platform, the user is deemed to have agreed and authorised the Company to disclose and/or transfer his/her personal information and data to external parties under the above circumstances. 4. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA Once the Company has obtained the user's personal information and/ or data, it will remain in the Company's database. Subject to legal requirements, the personal information and/ or data of the user will be retained by the Company until the user requests the Company in writing to erase permanently his/her own personal information and or data from the Company's database. 5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA The Company has implemented the following internal control measures to protect personal data in our possession or under our control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks: (a) hosting the AutineHELP Platform on a secured password-protected third-party server; (b) restricting unauthorized employee access to personal data via password protection. 6. ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA Under The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "PDPO"), any user has the right to request access to, or revision of, the personal information stored in the Company. Accordingly, any user may contact us by using the channels prescribed in the last paragraph of this Privacy Policy. 7. APPLICABLE LAWS AND VALIDITY This Privacy Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The invalidity of all or any part of any term in this Privacy Policy shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
